A married man came back home late at night to discover his wife having sex in a car in front of his home. The surprised woman started to struggle and screamed “rape”. Her lover kicked her out of the car and tried to drive away while a ballistic husband “believing that he was protecting his wife- pulled out a gun (concealed arms permit) and shot to death the run away “rapist”. The husband was arrested for voluntary manslaughter until the investigation showed that his wife lied to him, that it was not a rape.
